Different ways to BBQ Manx Meat • Marinade Manx meat in mustard, tomato ketchup & olive oil • Try chunks of boned lamb marinated on Greek yogurt seasoned with rosemary • Simply season well with salt & freshly ground pepper & BBQ • Mix a finely chopped onion with minced beef, lamb or pork & make into burgers • Make a marinade of marmalade & brandy for pork chops • Try grated Manx cheese & horseradish mixed with any minced meat for shashlik kebabs • Enjoy steak barbequed, basted with mashed anchovy & red pesto sauce • BBQ any Manx sausage and enjoy with relish • Make the best sandwich with barbequed beef fillet, mayo, lettuce & tomato • Choose a readymade marinade & follow instruction • A squeeze of lemon or limejuice adds a zing to barbequed meat Add those special touches Grate on Manx cheese for that melting moment. Serve with a Manx jacket potatoes smothered with Manx butter. For the brave, barbeque lambs or pigs liver, delicious. Make beef kebabs after marinating in lemon juice, olive oil & fresh torn basil leaves. Try thinly cut chops cooked to a turn. Make vegetable kebabs separately as they cook differently to meat. Toast pitta bread on your BBQ Grill or BBQ your meat as you like: 6 minutes for rare, 9 minutes for medium and 12 minutes plus for well done, turning as the meat browns
